Coffee can be basically described by the following components and degree of
Roast.
Body
Thickness of the coffee as it feels to your palate while drinking.

Acidity
The pleasant sparkle when the coffee first hits your palate.

Flavor
Described from mild to rich and is the most subjective of coffee's characteristics.

Aroma
The rich boquet of smell that enhances an exquisite cup of coffee.

Degree of Roast
The degree of roast is determined by the coffee's color and surface oil. Our single origins are delicately roasted to shades surrounding a medium or "Cinnamon Roast”, to showcase the subtle taste nuances of each growing region, while our Dark roasts deliver a smooth and smoky flavor.
